Today I shot Lindsay and Jaime at the Marriot Newport Coast Villas and at the beach in Laguna. It was a gorgeous day for pictures and the clouds looked amazing all day and gave us amazing light. These two will be getting married next month, and I can’t wait to see them again soon for their wedding.

Debra and Chong were married at the Chart House Restaurant in Dana Point. When I shot their engagement session I remember Debra telling me that the wedding was going to be very simple and small, but when we arrived to Debra’s home in Dana Point and saw three gorgeous dresses and Jimmy Choo shoes I knew right away that the wedding would not be simple. I also knew from the engagement session that Debra has great taste in fashion, which I can definitely appreciate. Her dresses were all very unique and beautiful, she wore the traditional white wedding dress for the ceremony, then changed into a detailed maroon dress for the lunch portion and toast, then changed into my personal favorite, a red chinese dress for the cake cutting and dancing portion of the reception. These two are such a sweet couple, and the cutest thing was that once they saw each other on the wedding day they were inseperable, and stayed hand in hand the entire day.

Lisa and John were married on this beautiful (and very hot) day at the Malibou Lake Mountain Club in Los Angeles. Their wedding was so much fun and so gorgeous, they had so many awesome details and are such a wonderful couple. Not to mention that the Malibou Lake Mountain Club is such a great venue, it has so much character and so many perfect locations for photos. The venue has also been a set for many popular movies and commercials, including The Ring in 2002. Malibou Lake also has an amazing coordinator, Meredith Pollard who is super sweet and made the day run flawlessly. I also want to say a huge thank you to Lisa’s florist Enchanted Gardens who did an amazing job with the flowers, we love you guys
