Lisa and Chris had an amazing wedding at the beautiful Rancho Las Lomas in Silverado, California. The day started out at the St. Regis so that Lisa and her bridesmaids could get ready near the church where the ceremony was going to take place. Then we headed over to St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church for a beautiful ceremony. The reception was held at Rancho Las Lomas and was beautifully coordinated and planned by the always amazing Jill Watson from The Pampered Bride. It was so difficult choosing images to post on the blog because I had so many favorites. Lisa, Jill, and Lisa’s mother put so much thought and detail into this wedding from gorgeous florals to the USC Band and an In N Out truck for a late night snack when the guests were leaving. Not to mention the amazing dinner by 24 Carrots and the flawless cake from The Cake Studio. Lisa and Chris are two of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to work with and they made my job so much fun, it didn’t even feel like a “job.” Congratulations Lisa and Chris!

Caleb and Dana chose my favorite place for their engagement session in Laguna Beach. First we hit the cute town area for some fun shots and then headed down to the beach to catch the nice light before the sun went down. These two were so much fun and didn’t even mind when I asked them to go stand on the rock in the middle of the ocean and got soaked by a huge wave. I felt really bad for them but they were great sports about it. I can’t wait for their wedding in just a couple weeks at the Prado in San Diego.

Alex and Yuri had a beautiful wedding at the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Gardens in Long Beach. This place is so incredibly beautiful and was the perfect little spot for Alex and Yuri’s wedding. When you are inside the gardens you feel like you are a million miles from Southern California, it’s so fun how there are so many places that can make you feel that way right in our own back yard. We always love when our couples choose to do a first glance before the ceremony, it helps to calm their nerves and also makes a lot more time for fun pictures. So we were able to do the first glance and some bridal party pictures prior to the ceremony. These two had such a beautiful wedding and Louis and I were so happy to have been a part of their special day. Congratulations Alex and Yuri!
