Today we shot Claudia and Robert’s wedding in the beautiful Redondo Beach area.  We were so happy with all the time they scheduled in between the ceremony and reception so that we were able to go to a few different places for some great pictures.  It was such a beautiful day today, we were a bit worried with all the fires we’d been having lately but the skies seemed to clear up just for their wedding day.  Claudia put so much work into all the details and the entertainment of the wedding and it really paid off and came together beautifully with the help of their wonderful coordinator, Graziella.

Caleb and Dana were married at the Prado in Balboa Park, this was the third time we had shot at the Prado in one month and we have loved coming back again and again.  These two were such a fun couple and all their details were beautiful.  The wedding came together so nicely with help of their coordinator, Melanie Montoya.  Thanks so much Caleb and Dana for letting us be the wedding photographers at your beautiful wedding.

Ryan and Jason were married at the Coronado Community Center in San Diego.  We found this very cool place downtown to shoot the groom and his groomsmen.  I think we were all pretty excited to shoot some very non typical shots in a cool urban setting.  The wedding was great also, right near the water, complete with fireworks nearby that just happened to be timed just right.  Thank you both for being such a fun couple to work with.  We really enjoyed your wedding.

Today Krystal and Fredrick celebrated their wedding at Serendipity in Oak Glen, Ca. They put so much thought into the details of this wedding, and everything came together perfectly. It was such a beautiful day and a very fun wedding. Serendipity is a beautiful place to get married and the coordinator, Charissa always makes the day go flawlessly. I also loved that Krystal had two dresses, her traditional wedding gown and then she changed into a cute white evening gown after the first dance.

Today was Jessica and Karl’s wedding at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, California. We had never shot a wedding at Calamigos Ranch and were so excited to shoot there! I think we took full advantage of all the amenities the Ranch had to offer!

Jessica and Karl are from Colorado and were planning a destination wedding here in California, so we had never met them until today. We immediately felt like old friends and got along great. They are such an awesome couple and we are so glad that they found us. Congratulations Jessica and Karl! Thank you again for letting us capture your wedding day, we hope you enjoy the sneak peek.

Today I shot Michele and Greg’s engagement session in Old Town Pasadena. Pasadena is one of my favorite places to shoot because it’s so different and full of character. We had fun shooting between buildings and looking for cool backdrops. Yellow is Michele’s favorite color so I was excited when we found this yellow wall. Thank you both for a fun afternoon!

Today Louis and I shot Lindsay and Jaime’s wedding. I was really looking forward to this wedding because I had gotten to know these two really well at their engagement session and a family session that they did about a week before the wedding. They both have very big families and it was really great getting to know them all so well.

Their wedding was so beautiful and the timeline was laid out perfectly with a lot of time in between for pictures. Since we had a lot of time we took them to our favorite beach in Laguna for some fun pictures.

Super busy wedding weekend! While Erin was out shooting another amazing wedding with Carrie on this same day, I was shooting Monika and Kieran’s wedding at Seven Degrees in Laguna Beach. Yes I’ve said it many times but Seven-Degrees is just one of the coolest places to have and to shoot a wedding in Laguna Beach, and I feel very fortunate to have been able to shoot here already twice this year. I think Monika gets the award for the “Happiest Bride of the Year” so far because I did not catch her once all day without a smile. Kieran was also very calm and cool. It was so great hearing their story during the toast and I know these two will have a great life together. Thank you both again for choosing us!

Rachel and Adam were married today at the amazingly beautiful Mission Inn in Riverside. I’ve only been to the Mission Inn a couple times before so I was so excited to shoot here again. I had so much fun with these two exploring the venue, and I was so happy that they decided to see each other two hours before the ceremony so that we would have plenty of time to get some awesome pictures and all the portraits done before the wedding.

Stacey and John had a beautiful wedding at the Surf & Sand in Laguna Beach. We were looking forward to this wedding for a long time because we love shooting at the Surf & Sand, and weddings are just so much more fun when you have a beautiful place to shoot. We were so glad that Stacey and John decided to see each other before the wedding and we were able to get some great shots in before the ceremony. Right after the ceremony we went down to the beach and the tide was so high that we only got a few shots in before the waves crashed all over us, luckily the newlyweds didn’t get wet but Louis and I spent the rest of the day in damp pants.

We had a great time with these two, and it couldn’t have been a more beautiful day for a beach wedding! Congratulations you two, thank you for letting us be a part of your special day.
