Alice and Nick were married in Santa Monica at Shutters on the Beach.  Shutters is one of the places that Louis and I looked at when we were getting married, so I was so excited to have a chance to shoot a wedding here, I think it’s incredibly beautiful and I always love Santa Monica.  Alice and Nick live out of state and booked us before they were able to meet with us, but when I met them a few months before the wedding I knew that they would be such a fun and very photogenic couple to photograph.  It’s always so great to work with fun people who can’t stop smiling the whole day, and these two fit that description perfectly!  It was such a pleasure photographing their wedding and getting to know them better throughout the day.  Thank you both so much for letting us be part of your wedding day, we hope you enjoy your sneak peek of your wedding day!  I also want to give Alice and Nick’s coordinator Meta Manguy a huge thank you for being such a great help to us and putting together this gorgeous wedding!

Ann and Craig were married at the beautiful Villa Del Sol d’Oro in Sierra Madre.  We had never been to this venue but were so excited to shoot here, it has such an amazing feel and look that you can’t find anywhere else. Ann was looking gorgeous and I was in love with her Monolo Blahnik shoes, they suited her perfectly.  These two are such a wonderful couple and Louis and I felt so lucky to be part of their wedding day.  Thanks again you two for having us be your wedding photographers!

September was a busy month!  Today I shot Jenea and Matthew’s engagement session in Laguna Beach.  The tide was much calmer than it had been lately, and the skies were nice and clear.  We headed downtown for some city shots in Laguna first, then over to the beach.  I really had fun hanging out with you both and we are very excited for your wedding soon at the newly remodeled Padua Hills Theatre.
